There are unlimited ways to be hospitable. ONE WAY is to invite people into our homes. Since that is not an option, I encourage us all to look beyond our homes and ourselves to see who can use God's love and light. Ask God to show you and your family how you can serve, be generous, share, and care for others. Right now. Always.

It'll just be the 10 of us this Easter, and I'm starting to think of ways to make it extra special under these circumstances. We'll eat this easy meal because it is our Easter Dinner favorite.

 

We've been making the most of our time at home - teaching our new boys and reminding our others about WHY we do what we do. Why communion? Why do we need Jesus? Why did He do what He did and continue to do what He does?

 

We're grateful for this time to teach and reflect. Easter at home will be perfect for this. Death is defeated! Jesus is victorious! Our "table talks" have been a blessed time (and sure, a little hectic too since there are so many who struggle to sit still). :)

Our new Bonus Boys have come a long way in the month they've been with us. Matt and I have come a long way. This is one of the hardest things we've ever done. I cry regularly - especially after our extremely difficult school mornings. Learning disabilities, rebellion, anger, sadness, loss. But healing will come! Because...

 

God is faithful. He continues to help us do this. Our need for family teamwork has been unquestionable, and God continues to grow our bio-boys in ways that are incredibly beautiful. Prayer is powerful and much needed.
