With 10 of us at home right now, 6 of them teen or adult males - you might imagine how much food we are plowing through every day. This morning I attempted to get ahead, which really means that I made some food for us to eat today and tomorrow. Hey, I still count it as a successful and productive morning.

Later today I'm hoping to make a double batch of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread. I've been pushing hard because today is the last day our newest teen boys will be at school. They'll bring their books home and do their schoolwork here until further notice. So our days are about to get even more full as we add that need into the mix. 

 

God is good. He provides. He sustains. 

It occurred to me the last time that I went to the store that just like always, but maybe now more than normal, I want to make sure I have all the basics on hand in my kitchen so I can put together simple meals. So I pulled this out as a guide!
