I made this for Valentine's Day

Strawberry Cake

I had this lovely idea that it would look valentine-y because it's made with strawberries. But it didn't. But we ate it anyway.

I fed it to YC soccer girls who came to our house yesterday and took the leftovers to our homeschool Valentine party this morning. There was one piece left and I just ate it, wiped off my fingers, and started typing this email. Good talk.

Matt and the boys are making spaghetti tonight.

It's a Valentine's Day tradition I forget about. But Matt remembered. So now I'm thinking about what dessert the boys and I will make for him. Nothing like thinking this through on THE DAY instead of planning ahead. Though in my defense, I did make a strawberry cake but all the people ate it already. :)
