Meanwhile in the kitchen...

We just scrubbed a bunch of potatoes to feed college kids after church. I'm throwing them into my Instant Pot (such a life saver!) which is a lot like baking potatoes in the crock pot with these tweaks --->

Instant Pot Baked Potatoes: 10 minutes, manual, high pressure, 1 cup of water at the bottom.

I'll start them before we leave and we'll have potatoes ready to eat the minute we walk in the door.

And also...

I have Cranberry Apple Cider in a crock pot, BBQ Pork Loin in another crock pot, and Green Beans and Cream Cheese Corn on the stove.

Between the Instant Pot, two Crock Pots, and my Coffee Pot all plugged in and working at the same time, here's hoping we don't blow a fuse! :)
