I saw a "Reverse Advent" idea online and loved the idea of having my family focus on GIVING as we countdown to Christmas!

(Yes, I know it's not even Thanksgiving yet. But this idea takes a little preparation in advance for the month of December.)

I found it fun to look through all these toys that are on sale today at Amazon. I must say, it IS SO FUN to have little ones to shop for again at Christmastime!

I got to go on a date with my favorite last night. We celebrated the end of soccer season with the York College men's and women's teams. The banquet went until way past my bedtime (which isn't saying much and means that I could no longer finish sentences half-way through the party). But it sure was fun to dress up and go out and eat my food while it was hot!! (Yay for wonderful older sons and babysitters who held down the fort at home!)
