We've got a birthday baby this week! I've had a terrible time deciding what special treat to make for him. I just don't want to give him cake. I know. Boring.

 

This little one tends to get sick easily, so frosting just didn't seem like a great birthday idea. FINALLY I figured it out!

 

That's perfect! The entire family will love it and I can make it with a lower sugar content. The pumpkin makes it healthier AND Boy Babe can most certainly get it all over his face when he tries feeding it to himself.

 

Pumpkin Pie for the win!
