Back in my old life - the one where I ate all the sugar - those pretty little candy corn and pumpkin candies were my ridiculous favorite. Every year I vowed that I wouldn't cave in, but the fall season would roll around and all the packages of candy corn kept falling into my shopping cart. I don't know how I still have teeth.
So yeah, fall isn't usually the time we focus on getting healthier (because of the holidays and all of the SUGAR). But what if we could? What if we did choose this fall season to make a few changes toward becoming healthier?
(And by the way, I don't like candy corn any more. If I can break the sugar habit, anyone can.)
