Yep, it's also Back to School season. But for our family, an even bigger change is that it's Back to Soccer season. Matt's a college coach, and the pre-season schedule started yesterday. That means that every once in a while from now until November, he and I will have a meaningful conversation. ;)
I jest. It's not that bad. (Yes, it is.)
(No really. It all settles down into a nice routine in a couple of weeks.)
I completely love soccer season and find that it's really great in many ways as it gives us a wonderful opportunity to love on college kids and enjoy the last of the beautiful warm weather. Our older kids will get to referee a lot of little league and club soccer ($$!). And Bonus Boy is beyond excited that this year he can finally be on a youth team and play soccer "just like the brothers."
So here we go!
I'm feeding the YC women's team on Tuesday:
Doing this for the team is one of my favorite things. Though it's a little more challenging now that there's an 8-month old who likes to crawl away and climb stairs. Oy. That one keeps us on our toes!
