I could get used to this.
When Amazon offered free money to spend on Prime Pantry earlier this week, I caved. I'd never looked into it before because there's a small monthly fee attached. But I took advantage of the free money for groceries, and now I'm hooked...
Wow, Malachi was so little in the above Amazon-all-over-the-porch picture. It's fun to look back on the little boy sweetness. He's taller than me now, but he's still sweet.

Sorry about the Blendtec thing...
Earlier this week I shared a great deal on a Blendtec. About five minutes after I sent the email, the deal went away. Boo.
But today, do read this, and check out the link included as there is a Blendtec for LESS than the deal I shared on Tuesday! (Well, at least it is right this minute. Good gravy, the prices fluctuate quickly.)
Also, that post is full of many of my favorite recipes!

My child loves to GO, GO, GO.
The past few days, I've been putting him to work in the kitchen, plus I'm teaching him how to vacuum, to take out the trash, and to dust the living room. He is on cloud nine! We should all be so happy to hold a trash bag.
Summer is a great time to teach skills we may not have time to teach during the school year. I'm taking full advantage right now because once August hit, I will be so busy that I will not remember any of my family members names. Oy.
