It's Raining Meatballs (and Popcorn Chicken?)

Actually, it's just raining.

Several have emailed to check in and see how we are doing here in Nebraska with all the flooding. Thank you for caring! Our family is mostly unaffected and thankfully, we've had no loss. But many people in towns very close to us have lost so much! We appreciate your prayers, especially that we will all see God's hand and strength through each day of struggle.

What's with the meatballs and popcorn chicken?

It's just that I've been talking a lot about both on my blog recently.

First I re-shared our favorite Simple Popcorn Chicken recipe.
Then I suggested you use that recipe to make Simple Popcorn Chicken Tacos.
Next I posted a recipe for Simple Make-Ahead Parmesan Meatballs.
And then, I shared an additional way to serve them: Simple Saucy Parmesan Meatballs.

If we can't be efficient in the kitchen and make more meals out of one recipe, then what is the point of using the word "Simple?" We must. keep. food. simple.

And delicious. And nourishing...

With a side of chocolate.
