While there is so much more to life than "stuff," and any other time of the year I am not much into gift giving - when it comes to Christmas, wrapped presents are my favorite way to show love. (Ok, and food. Of course I love to show love with food.)
I love giving gifts to my kids and husband, and I love putting together gifts for people in our community who have very little. Gifts are fun, and when we're focused on Jesus, they can be bought and given without a materialistic mindset.
I shop all year round, finding deals and stashing them in my closet, knowing that God will tell me who to give them to at Christmas time.
I'm beyond excited that the time has finally arrived when I can go all in with my shopping lists and gifting plans! What a fun way to share Jesus and celebrate His time on earth!
