Praying for Peace Today

Today is a big day...

Today, I ask for prayers on behalf of our foster son. Many will gather and decisions about his future home will be decided. We are asking God to fill the meeting room with His presence, goodness, truth, and light. Please pray that God's perfect plan for B will be decided.

Meanwhile, I still have to cook dinner...

It's been an interesting ride, working so hard toward loving and advocating for this bonus boy God put in our lives, all the while, still caring for my home, family, and work as He directs.

So while my heart is already in that meeting room, I realized this morning I should probably make dinner so we have something to eat when we get home. Ha. Good idea, Laura.

I decided to put this casserole into the crock pot. It's a blessed no-brainer of a recipe. Exactly what we all need most days, right?
