I am so
spoiled now. As I've learned to simplify life in the kitchen (while still cooking real food), I've found now that any recipe that takes longer than just a few minutes to put together just doesn't make the cut.
You guys. This morning I poured BBQ sauce over a rack of ribs, covered it and slid it into the oven on low heat. Tonight we'll have ribs. RIBS. I'll serve them with a tossed salad and steamed veggies. Easy! This is like a fancy
meal, but the ribs took 5 minutes of effort to make. I love this so much!
