Should Thanksgiving come before Christmas?

Published: Tue, 11/14/17

Thanksgiving and Christmas are getting all mixed up at my house and I don't even feel bad about it.

I strive to be thankful every day of the year and the coming of Jesus excites me no matter what month it is. Therefore pumpkins and poinsettias sit side-by-side on the same shelf. I'll be serving a Thanksgiving turkey while my Christmas tree glows in the background.

It's holiday time and I love it all so much I just mingle it all together. Jesus and gratitude. What could possibly be a better combo?

I've been baking and making lists, getting ahead for our Thanksgiving meal so that as our house fills with guests, I can actually love on people and enjoy the festivities. Want to get ahead with me? Learn how you can get this great Getting Ahead for the Holidays FREEBIE!
