I finally gave in to the Instant Pot craze this summer and I can't imagine now why I waited so long. Truly this appliance saves SO MUCH TIME. My favorite use for it so far is that I can cook 5 pounds of frozen hamburger meat in 30 minutes. Truly. This is amazing.
