This
weekend I experimented with muffin recipes, which resulted in a kitchen full of 48 muffins. Then I fed 13 college students after church on Sunday, so the muffin experiment was declared a success. They washed down the muffins with a huge jar of Iced Coffee. Fun! New muffin recipes will be written up and shared in
a few weeks! (Teaser: They are cheesecake topped muffins. Some include chocolate chips. I'll write as fast as I can.)
