Cast (Iron) Your Burdens Unto Jesus...

I'm writing today to tell you about a great deal for cast iron skillets. But what actually came to mind as I began writing are these two verses:

"Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken." Psalm 55:22

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7

I've had a couple of weary days (migraines stink), and to be reminded that "he will never let the righteous be shaken" and that "He cares for me" is such a balm. Funny how we can know truth but not fully digest it or live fully in the peace that comes with it. 

May we seek Him fully, may we trust His promises, may we rest peacefully in the Truth that He cares for us and will not let us be shaken.
