I'm not always sad when things come to an end. I don't miss changing diapers (or buying them!). When I've been sick then start to feel better again, I'm not sad about the illness ending. So seeing the light at the end of some tunnels isn't
really so bad.
I am a little sniffly about the fact that I'll have another kid graduating next year. I'm happy too, but still, I sniffle.
Sometimes I see a sale's flyer for my favorite stores and realize too late that I missed a big discount. That always makes me a little sad.
Especially if I know it would have saved a bundle of moola on something I really need. Clothing and shoes for my extra tall boys? I need all the discounts I can get!
