The sun is finally shining today!!

Nebraska girl, here. Those of you from frequently sunny places are like, "yep, sunny here too. what's new?" I'm telling you, it's NEW. We haven't seen the sun here for weeks. This morning I opened all the shades and moved my chair so I could sit directly in the brightness while I read my Bible and sipped my coffee. SUN!!!!!

Bright days like this make me feel suddenly as if I can conquer the world. (My coffee might have also told me that I was invisible this morning.) I feel like creating new recipes, baking family favorites, and taking a long walk. I feel inspired to hang new pictures on my wall and get other big projects done (let's paint every room!).

Thank you, Sunshine. Please stay forever.
