About the time I get something new figured out when it comes to healthy eating, I learn even more. It's pretty cool, actually, that there's always more to learn.
What I've learned most recently is that my body type with my particular health and hormone needs right now needs protein, vegetables, and good fats. This
is good for all of us, of course, but the books and courses I've gone through lately are really pointing me to go nuts with these three food groups.
I like eggs and breakfast meats just fine, but I also like variety (aka, I'm tired of eggs). That's why I fried okra and browned a bunch of ground beef this morning. Who says veggies and hamburger can't be eaten for breakfast? It was weird
and delicious, and I will most definitely do it again some time.

Or...should you? Maybe your health needs require a different food focus right now.
I very highly recommend that you work your way through some of these great sources that have been helping me so much. You can go through them as you have time - no rush. You can make any changes you need to for your health in your own time - no rush.
They are super discounted right now - so picking them up is the only thing that must be rushed if you want to save big bucks (98% to be exact). But
ultimately, I just love these so much that I think it's wise for everyone who can to grab them while they are available and work through them as you can.
