I thought it wouldn't be as good.

I already had the post written in my head: "It's fine to make vanilla this way but it isn't as good as the regular, long brew, 6-month method."

But then, the results of my experiment proved me wrong. Amazing.

Vanilla Pudding, anyone?

After you make vanilla, you're going to need to make pudding with it. Our little ones love my homemade pudding!
