I have to do this every day...

Doing this has made me into a new person.

Perhaps this sounds dramatic. But it's the truth and I want it for everyone. It's both simple and complex, but mostly it's beautiful.

Old Me: Anxious, Fearful, Worried

The only reason I like to think about all the yuck in my head from my past is because it helps me to realize how much healing and freedom God has brought to me during the past few years. I truly feel like a new person, and yet, this journey is constant. I have to do this every day so that I stay new. He continues to renew me daily. I have to have this.
