But sometimes, I truly have no time to put a meal together. This is when I'm very grateful for the make-ahead food I've put into my freezer.

I'm not actually having "freezer cooking days" to make this happen. I simply make a lot of food every time I cook, then the extras go into the freezer for days we need ready-made food. Often, I spend some time
making 12-40 Breakfast Sandwiches. These sandwiches have become a favorite in our household - especially with all the adults who live here. They are great to grab and go on the way to work.
