Yesterday, it occurred to me that I can add extra eggs to my pudding recipes to make them a bit higher in protein. I use whole milk and real maple syrup. So I feel like packing pudding in our kids' school lunches is a pretty good idea. I'll try it and let you know how it goes!

I could also try this Layered Pudding idea, but I would use these containers instead of sending food in glass with our kids. :)
