Early last week
I cooked several pounds of hamburger meat. I used some of it for that night's dinner,
but the rest of it? It was just sitting sweetly in the fridge, waiting for me to use it for other meals. And when I needed it? There it was, ready for me to quickly put dinner together.
Do this. If you're going to cook hamburger anyway,
make several pounds. It doesn't take more time and you're already dirtying a dish/pot. Then pull from it as needed throughout the week - or freeze it in meal-sized portions to use later.
