Last night we fired up the smoker to make This Chicken and it was amazing. We ate it with Corn, Stir Fried
Veggies, Salad, Watermelon, and Buttered Rolls, forgetting all of our winter blues. ​​​​​
It's funny how the sunshine makes us hungry for fresh fruit and salads. I mean, these soup recipes are great and are often my go-to meals for January/February. But I
will not be making soup during the next few days of nice weather. Woohoo, let's have grilled meat and salads instead!
I had attempted Baked Potatoes to go with our chicken last night and for some reason, they weren't finished in time. So we went with the rolls instead. My plan for tonight is to turn
those half-cooked potatoes into these Potato and Bacon Foil Packs on the Grill. I'm pretty excited about this, especially to have them on Feb 1, haha!
