I love that so many are focused on celebrating Jesus' victory over death this week! It's incredibly exciting to have this beautiful focus as this holiday approaches.
Meanwhile, many of us are preparing a big meal as we gather people together. I always watch for sales on butter and cream cheese during this week. I haven't actually been out yet to check - what have you all found? Time's running out so I need to make this happen!
By the way, in my experience, cream cheese doesn't freeze well. But it usually lasts for several weeks in the fridge so stocking up makes sense. Butter freezes, and it's pricey now so grab it on sale if you can!
Do you remember Gratituesday?
I happened upon this post and WOW. It's at Gratituesday post from March, 2016 and I hope you go read it just for fun. Asa was in college, we only had four kids, and while I am verrryyyy busy now with all of our precious littles, I was also verrryyy busy then - just a different kind of busy. I loved that season. Those days with teens and college kids were wonderful to me. We're in a new season now and sure enough - all the seasons have both difficult
and wonderful parts. It was lovely to re-read about this wonderful part of that season. :)
