After cooking so much food on Thanksgiving, I thought about putting "who knows?" and "whatever" on the menu for Sunday. But this only works if all the kids are old enough to find their own "who knows" and/or if there are plenty of "whatevers" in the fridge to warm up.
We ate leftovers Friday and Saturday, which leaves us needing an actual menu for Sunday. So:
- I have taco meat in the fridge from Nacho Night Thursday, so I'm going to turn that into this Taco Soup.
- I have hoagie buns that we were given when we were volunteering at our Food Distribution, so I'll add meats and cheeses to
those, toast them, and serve them with our soup.
Easy and good!
