My house is messier than your house 😲

We need the trash guy to come.

Because of the holiday, our trash and recycling bins are delayed in getting emptied. Therefore our house is overrun with trash bags and cardboard. The kids decided to play in the pile of boxes (great idea) but then they also decided to empty our book baskets into the boxes (oh great).

At least I got dishes done and washed three loads of laundry. :)

Ignore anything in this post that is summer related and use all the ideas that can work during the winter. Our family has been turning on a few more shows that we typically watch because we can't go outside as much right now. But there are a lot of ideas (toward the end of this post, especially) that we can use in the winter to have fun without screens!
