I'm almost recipe'd out.

As in - prepping for Christmas is a lot of work so at this point I'm ready to skip all the cooking and just open a box of something frozen to put into the air fryer. OR maybe I'll just hand out spoons for dinner tonight and we'll pass around the tub of Peanut Butter. That will be our meal.

Drinks though. I can make a few of these during the next few days and put them into our fun Christmas mugs. These sound doable:

I'm kidding of course (no I'm not)

I really will be feeding my kids spoon-fulls of peanut butter to fill their bellies here and there. But I am also going to cook actual meals because, obviously. Here's what I made last night. It doesn't get much easier than this.

Easiest pumpkin recipe

If you bake these incredibly easy "muf-cakes" you will be feeding your family a vegetable. So you can feel sort of good about nourishing your people. And if you bake them in fun Christmas muffin liners they will look festive without you having to try harder.
