Our new school routine both frees me up (four kids in school during the afternoon) and requires more of me (stay on schedule and be
100% available to meet emotional needs before and after school in big ways).
So I need to be a bit more organized right now with meals and meal prep. I started working to get ahead in the kitchen yesterday and plan to continue today. It isn't hard, I just
have to work it in. We can eat leftovers today to clean out the fridge. This will free me to prep foods ahead for the upcoming week!
