Hashbrown and Egg Nests. I had frozen the leftovers so I warmed them up this morning. They were a hit! We ate them with yogurt and granola. Gotta fill those bellies before they head off for a day of learning.Â

Keith and Anna start preschool this afternoon. They can't wait to ride the bus - sweet babies. (I was going to put a happy face here but also I want to put a sad face because I have mixed feelings.)
