Some disagree with me, but I feel like it makes sense that if eating dip with veggies helps us eat more veggies and fruit: EAT
THE DIP. Here are some of our favorite dips (see if these don't motivate you to eat veggies!):
We go through all kinds of pounds of fresh spinach every month when I make these smoothies. All of our kids love them! (Even the picky ones.) Matt and I stick with these boring smoothies, and no-joke, he and I go through a pound of greens every four days, just the two of us. The taste grows on ya. :)
Last but not least...
We've found that roasting vegetables helps one of our kids get them down more easily. She's struggled to like veggies since moving in, and bless her for working so hard! Here's our roasting method, and sometimes she even has seconds when we make carrots like this!
