ACK, the dishes!! 😏

It's kind of nuts, really.

The amount of dishes we wash at our house - wow. After one meal, it looks like I haven't washed dishes in three days. Nope, that's just what we use in one meal. And then there was the day our kitchen sinks clogged and I couldn't do dishes at all. :) I'm thankful for a handy husband who had that issue fixed by dinnertime.

No matter how many people are in your family, we can all simplify in the kitchen and save time washing dishes. Here are some of my best tips!

It's a Costco Day!

My husband is incredible. Elias and Malachi are incredible. I needed a day off, plus I needed groceries, plus I had plans to record some videos with Asa for Back to the Bible. So I left everyone behind this morning and drove to Lincoln to spend the day (mostly) by myself today. Man, did I need this. I'm so thankful to everyone back home who was willing to go the extra mile so I could find some refreshment. A family friend is heading over soon to help with dinner and bedtime. So thankful!

I hit Aldi already, I'm at Panera drinking coffee and writing now, then I'll head to Costco before heading back home. Here's a list of what I usually shop for at Costco.

Here's your monthly dose of: Why yes, you really can afford lots of fruits and vegetables. They are actually a great price, not expensive, a fantastic budget saver. Thank you for letting me be annoying once in a while as I share this over and over. :)
